The itinerary presented here gives you an idea what to expect from the tour. We won’t give out all the details though to leave room for surprises .
The group arrives in Batanes. We’ll start with a short photography lecture after freshening up and breakfast. After lunch we’ll do a tour of North Batan island with a sunset and dusk shoot in the afternoon. After dinner, there is an optional night shoot for participants to learn more about astro photography.
We wake up early for our day trip to Sabtang Island. Here we’ll explore the old stone houses of Savidug and Chavayan. Marvel at the landscape of Tinyan and interact with the locals of the island. In the afternoon, we ride back to Batan Island. After resting we’ll have another sunset shoot on a nearby location. Optional night shoot is available as well.
We wake up early once again for a sunrise shoot at a Batanes favorite, Valugan Boulder Beach. After breakfast it’s our south Batan Island tour visiting sites like Marlboro Country, Alapad, Mahatao. In the afternoon when we return to our lodging. Participants will have free time. We officially have our closing ceremonies over dinner with photo sharing and other surprises.
Departure back to Manila.

What airline should we book for this tour?
This photo tour is already inclusive of round trip flights via SkyJet Airlines coming from Manila
What’s the included bagge allowance?
SkyJet Airlines flight includes a 10kg check-in and 5kg hand-carry baggage. Excess baggage is P150/kg.
What is the level of fitness required to join? Are there extensive trekking involved?
Participants of any fitness level can join the tour.
Do I have to be a professional to join the tour?
Any one is free to join as long as you are enthusiastic about capturing stunning images for this trip. Whether you shoot as DSLR, compact camera system, point and shoot or even smartphones, you are welcome to join. Rest assured your skills and knowledge will expand in this photo tour.
Will we always be up shooting sunrise and sunsets everyday?
Batanes is blessed to have both sunrise and sunset spots. Since this is a Batanes Photo Tour, we will make the most of our time shooting during these golden hours. Participants are free to opt out on some of them but the participant’s fee will remain the same.
I don’t want to share the room. Can I have the room on my own or share with my special someone?
The price is based on triple to quad occupancy. We can arrange for you to have a solo room or twin sharing on best-efforts basis and depending on room availability. Additional charges may apply.
What is your method of Payment?
We accept payment via bank deposit through BPI and BDO. Details would be sent to you once you register on our interest list.
Can we extend our stay in Batanes?
Participants are free to come in early or extend their stay in Basco, Batanes at their own expense provided they join the activities during the tour.
Something came up and I can’t join the tour. Can I refund?
Please see our refund policy below:

How about force majeure?
We will accommodate affected guests on the next flight with available capacity. Expenses incurred due to delayed departure are covered by travel insurance up to a max of 1500php per person. If guests prefer or require more coverage, this can be purchased separately.
